The "Maintenance" page shows up when your WordPress installation updates itself or updates plugins or the theme. It should default disappear as soon as the installation or update is completed.
If this page does not disappear, go to cPanel > File Manager and see if your domain's root folder contains a file called ".maintenance." If yes, delete it, and your website should load correctly again.
