Follow the steps below to add TXT records to your DNS zone.

Important: These changes will only take effect if your domain is using our private nameservers.

Option 1: No existing TXT records

If your domain does not currently have any TXT records:

  1. Go to your domain list in the control panel.
  2. Click Actions next to the domain.
  3. Open the DNS Zone panel.
  4. In the TXT section, click Add TXT record.
  5. Enter the following details:
    • Domain/Host: The domain or subdomain where the record should be added
    • Value: The TXT record value provided by your service
  6. Click Save to apply the changes.

Option 2: Existing TXT records already present

If your domain already has one or more TXT records:

  1. Go to your domain list in the control panel.
  2. Click Actions next to the domain.
  3. Open the DNS Zone panel.
  4. In the TXT section, locate your existing record.
  5. Click the Edit (pencil icon) button.
  6. Add the new TXT record as a separate entry (do not overwrite existing records unless instructed).
  7. Click Save to apply the changes.

Notes and best practices

  • Multiple TXT records can exist for the same domain.
  • Always add new values as separate records unless explicitly told to merge them.
  • DNS changes may take time to propagate.
