You see this message instead of your DNS editor because your domain is not using private nameservers and is using nameservers by another provider (domain registrar or any external DNS provider like Cloudflare).
What are private nameservers?
Private nameservers are DNS records that you can create that use your root domain.
For example, private nameservers for priorityprospect.com would look something like this:
Private nameservers must be registered at your domain registrar.
Why I see this warning message?
This warning is there because editing the DNS zone no effect to your domain. Your domain's DNS zone is served by an external service, and you must edit your domain's DNS zone there.

If you want to edit your DNS zone in our panel, you must register private nameservers at your registrar. Use the IP address you used when adding your domain to our system.
After registration, assign your newly created nameservers to your domain. Once our website checker detects that your domain uses private nameservers, you can edit your domain's DNS zone in our panel.
