What to do if the domain already exists in the system?

If you try to add a domain that might be active under another account and you own the domain then you will need to verify it first.

 

In order to verify it please follow these steps:

 

  1. Point your domain to the IP address where you wish to assign it in the PBN dashboard
  2. Create a screenshot of your domain's detail page in your registrar

 

Once both steps are completed, please create a support ticket, send us:

 

  1. Your domain
  2. The IP address where you wish to add it
  3. The screenshot from your registrar

 

We will verify your domain and then remove it from the old account when everything is correct.
