To use your own web server for your websites, you just need to set it up in our system.

To do that, click the "Hosting" menu item in the sidebar and click the "Add Hosting Account" button.

A small popup will appear where you can enter your server information.

  • Name: Enter the name of your hosting account. This will help you identify it.
  • Destination type:
    • Use the "IP address" destination type if your server's IP address does not change/rotate.
    • If your server's IP address may change (for example, if you use a load balancer, CDN, or similar service), use the "Hostname" destination type.
  • IP address: Enter the IP address of your server.
  • Hostname: Enter the hostname of your server.

Once you have entered the required information, click the "Add Custom Host" button.

Attention! If possible, we strongly suggest you use the IP address as it doesn't require additional processing (resolving the hostname).

During the domain-adding process, choose your hosting account from the dropdown. All requests sent to your domain will be forwarded to your hosting account.

Please keep in mind that using a custom host does not allow you to use our software installer, automatic login, and other automation features that come with our shared hosting service. You will have to manage your server yourself as we do not provide technical support for custom hosts.
