If you need to disable a broken plugin and don't have access to wp-admin, go to cPanel > File Manager and navigate to your domain's folder. Inside it, go to wp-admin/plugins folder and rename the folder of the broken plugin. It will disable the plugin, and you should be able to access wp-admin again.

You may also want to enable wp debug and look at the error_log file for more information.
