Yes, you can migrate your website from another hosting provider automatically using our system. Please note that this feature is only available when you use our shared hosting service.
To begin, add your domain to our platform. Once added, locate your domain within your domain group and click the "Actions" button next to it.
In the "Software" section, select the "Migrate Installation" option.
A new window will appear where you will need to provide your website details. Select the software you wish to migrate, choose the desired protocol combination, and enter your FTP credentials. Click "Test Connection" to verify the connection. If successful, you may proceed with the migration.
If you're unsure about the correct installation path, click the "Browse" button next to the "FTP path" field to locate the appropriate path on your source server.
When you are ready, click the "Migrate" button to initiate the automated migration. The system will transfer your website from your previous host to your hosting account with us. You can monitor the progress of the migration in the Tasks List.
This tool can also be used to duplicate your existing software installations to a new domain, or to migrate a website between hosting accounts if you are using our shared hosting service.
