Add an authorized email to your PBN hosting account login to the PBN dashboard and click on the "Profile" menu item.

There you will see your profile. Find the "Support" panel and click on "Add Email" to add an authorized email.

The person who you have authorized will have full support access on behalf of your account. This means their tickets are authorized automatically and associated with your account. 

Be very careful who you add to that list because their email will have full access to your account through our support.
