Which nameservers I can use?
We don't provide precreated nameservers like traditional hosts because we consider them to be a footprint. With our service you can use following nameservers: Private nameservers In order to use private nameservers you will need to register them with your registrar. What means "Pending Check" in my domain's status?
"Pending Check" means that our site checker has not yet checked your website. This status will change as soon as our site checker checks your site. Our site checker runs once per hour.
How to install SSL to my domain?
Installing SSL is very easy. All you need to do is be in your network view and click on "Actions" and then "SSL Certificate". There you can install Let's Encrypt (free SSL certificate) or a custom SSL certificate. If you wish to install a custom SSL certificate you can generate a CSR as well, if you don't have one already.
How to install Let's Encypt/SSL certificate to my domain?
To install a custom SSL certificate or Let's Encrypt certificate to your domain, you will have to go to your network view. Once there, find the domain where you wish to install it. Then click on "Actions" > "SSL Certificate" and there you can install a custom SSL certificate or Let's Encrypt, free SSL certificate. SSL installation runs in 15 minute intervals.
How do I set up an email forwarder?
Adding an email forwarder is very easy. In the PBN dashboard, network view, find the domain where you wish to create an email forwarder and click on "Actions". A small popup will appear and then choose "Manage Emails". Another popup will appear where you can see a list of associated email addresses. This form will allow you to create regular email forwarders or catch-all email forwarders. To create a regular forwarder, enter the email address you wish to create and where you wish to forward

This is an error that you see when your cPanel account already has your domain under "Addon Domains". To fix this issue, log in to cPanel, go to "Addon Domains" page and delete your domain from there. Once the domain is deleted, you can try to add it again from the PBN dashboard.
How do I add a subdomain to my domain?
To add a subdomain, click on the small arrow next to "Add Domain" button and there you can click on "Add a Subdomain". A small popup will appear which contains the form of adding a new subdomain. First, select your domain from the dropdown. Then enter your subdomain to the textbox below the domain picker. You can see how your subdomain looks in the small preview area below the textbox. Once you have typed your subdomain, click on "Add Subdomain". If you are using private nameservers, our s
