Can I add more website slots to my IP?
Sure! All you need to do is paste your IP address to the search box, that is located at PBN dashboard's header, and press enter. A small popup will appear which will show you information about your IP address. There's also a link to upgrade page where you can add additional websites to your IP address. Your IP address will be upgraded as soon as our system receives your payment.
Can you replace my IPs?
For security reasons, we do not replace IP addresses. We will replace your IP address when it's not working and we are unable to get it to work within a reasonable time.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, go to Billing page. Find your order from the orders table and click on the small arrow next to "View" button. There you can select "Create Cancellation Request". If possible, please try to provide an accurate reason why you wish to cancel your order so we can use that information to improve our service.
Can I set up a Paypal subscription?
To set up a Paypal subscription go to Billing page. There you can see your orders list. Click on the small arrow next to "View" button on the order row to which you wish to create a Paypal subscription. Then choose "Create Paypal Subscription" and you will be forwarded to Paypal.
Can I pay using a credit card?
Yes! All you need to do is go to Billing page. There you can see "Billing profiles". Click on "Click here to create a credit card billing profile" to add a credit card.
Can I use VAT ID with my invoices?
To set up your VAT ID, all you need to do is go to your profile. Click on "Profile" link in the sidebar or click on your name, top right, and then choose "View Your Profile".
