Creating An Email Account

Because of our network design, you cannot create email accounts in cPanel. Your emails will never arrive to your cPanel mailbox. Which is why we have built an email account creation system.

Follow these steps to set up a forwarder.

1. First step

First click on "Actions" -> "Emails" of the chosen domain. A small popup will appear where you can see all forwarders associated with the domain.

2. Setting up an email forwarder

1) Enter your email address - Make sure you only enter the name of the email. For example if you wish to create an email: support@priorityprospect.com, enter only "support" (without quotes).

2) Enter where you wish to forward it - Make sure to enter your FULL email address. For example: supportdepartment@priorityprospect.com

3) If everything is set up correctly, the "Add Email Account" button will become active and if you click on it, it will create an email account for you.
