Can I Cancel Individual IPs?

Yes, you can cancel individual IPs. In order to get them removed from your account, please contact our support and send us the list of IPs that you wish to remove.

Please keep in mind that we do not refund the remaining time for those IPs.

Before we cancel your IPs, we will have to let you confirm that. If you don't agree with it, please cancel the whole order associated with it.
