Attention! Why Is The IP Red On "Resolved IP" Field?

This means your domain does not resolve (point to) your IP address you purchased. It's usually caused by wrong nameservers.

Use website to check what nameservers your domain is using.

If you see it for "Resolved IP (www)" field, then this means your domain is missing a "www" record and you should add it at your registrar.

If you are using private nameservers then please click on "Actions" -> "Reset DNS Zone" to rebuild your DNS zone.

If you are using a service like Cloudflare which will proxy your website through their servers, please let us know so we can add their nameservers to our detection list.
