How to migrate a website from another hosting provider

You can automatically migrate your website from another hosting provider using our system.

Note: This feature is only available when using our shared hosting service.

Step 1: Add your domain

1. Add your domain to the platform.
2. Open your domain group.
3. Locate your domain and click the Actions button.

Step 2: Start the migration

1. In the Software section, select Migrate Installation.
2. A new window will open where you need to provide your website details.

Step 3: Enter migration details

1. Select the software you want to migrate.
2. Choose the appropriate protocol combination (e.g., HTTP/HTTPS).
3. Enter your FTP credentials for the source server.
4. Click Test Connection to verify access.

If the connection is successful, you can proceed.

Tip: If you are unsure about the correct installation path, click Browse next to the FTP path field to locate it on your source server.

Step 4: Run the migration

1. Click Migrate to start the process.
2. The system will automatically transfer your website to your hosting account.

You can track the progress in the Tasks List.

This tool can also be used to:

• Duplicate an existing software installation to another domain
• Migrate a website between hosting accounts (when using our shared hosting service)
